Elderberries

Elderberries are an alkaline fruit that is naturally high in vitamin C.

Elderberry fruit contains quercertin, kaempferol, rutin and phenolic acids. It also contains flavonoids, which have antioxidant properties that can help prevent cell damage, and Anthocyanins which are chemical compounds that are known to have immune-boosting properties that fight disease.
